Ohio is a smaller state with a decent amount of repo homes. Repo homes are great to buy because they save you a bundle and give you a nice profit. A repo home is simply a bank owned home that needs to be sold fast so they can make some nice money off of the home. Not only are the homes at a very low price, but they are also very lovely homes.
