California Bank Foreclosures

With the economy going down more and more every day, foreclosures are appearing everywhere. In the state of California alone there are over 116,000 foreclosures. Some of these are pre foreclosed, but all are foreclosures none the less. The leading city is now Los Angeles with a steep 40,000 foreclosures. This is a nerve racking discovery. The second leading city is Palm Springs with 20,000 foreclosures.
The point needing to be conveyed is that every day there are more and more foreclosures.  The amount of foreclosures may continue to increase, but in a little while they will start decreasing as the time goes on, and the market picks up again. Once this happens anyone who has bought a nice cheap repo home, will be making a bundle when they turn around and sell their home. One could easily make double what they paid in the first place for the piece of property.
